Strong's Concordance

Strong's Concordance is a Bible Concordance created by James Strong and first published in 1890. For the concordance, Strong numbered every Hebrew or Greek root word which was found, for ease of reference. This numbering system is used with different translations in conjunction with Brown–Driver–Briggs (DBD), a Hebrew-English Lexicon of the Old Testament and A Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament, translated by Thayer, Joseph Henry.
